1.Valpolicella Doc Classico Superiore is the wine that best represents the terroir of Valpolicella DOC area. It is therefore recommended as a starting point to explore the wines of our area. This Valpolicella Superiore is produced from selected grapes that are slightly dried. This production technique, unique to our zona, helps, produce a red wine with great character. It combines the freshness of the grapes with a spicy taste. It is a full-bodied well-structured wine. It can be drunk at any occasion but is especially good with red meats.

2.Le Muraie is a Valpolicella Ripasso produced by the second fermentation of the Valpolicella Classico Superiore on the Recioto skins, full of the special sweet wine. The result is a mature, full-bodied wine, smooth and rounded in taste. The success of this wine is due to the winemaker and the precious vineyard, to which the name of the wine is dedicate: “Le Muraie”.

This Italian red is deep ruby red in colour and has an intense bouquet of blackberry and cinnamon. Good with roasts, grilled meats, game and cheese. Can also be enjoyed on its own, in order to appreciate the pleasant complexity.

3.Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico is a great structure, notably complex red wine: it is the symbol of Valpolicella noted and appreciated in the whole world. The grapes are harvested on the highest slopes of the Valpolicella vallies. The grapes are slowly dried, then softly pressed and left on the lees to obtain the full colour. The wine is matured in oak barrels and then left to age in the bottle. A unique wine perfect for those special occasions.
