Our agreement with you
Your order is an offer to purchase from us. Shipment Fees
Deliveries are done between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries are arranged using couriers that will ask for a signature, howevr in COVID-19 times we offer contactless deliveries without signature required.
We keep the right to invoice for re-delivery of orders that could not be fulfilled due to incorrect address information being provided by the customer. Whilst we make every effort to supply all your goods in the shortest time, we will certainly not be accountable if we fail to do so partially or completely due to situations beyond our control.
You must inspect the goods as soon as possible and inform us immediately of breakages, errors or wine shortages. We are not able to guarantee refund or replacements unless we are informed within 2 week of shipment of the order.

Description & Prices
The description and rates payable for the products that you order are clearly set out on our web site. If, by chance, we have under-priced a product, we will certainly not be liable to offer that product to you at the specified price, in case we notified you before we despatched the product in subject or, in the event where we are not despatching a product, within 2 working days of our acceptance of your order and we might cancel your order on the condition we reimburse you any payments you have already made. You may agree to pay the correct rate, in which instance we will proceed with your order. Coupon codes allow you, at the time of ordering, to receive a discount on a new order placed with DolceVita Wine Club.
DolceVita Wine Club keeps the right to decline orders where, in its point of view, a coupon code is invalid.
Coupon codes are only valid on specific items while supplies last and also may be withdrawn at any time.
Only one coupon code can be used per order.
Coupon codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless specified.
Coupon codes are not valid on sale items unless specified.
In case of product returns, refunds will be made for the amount of money paid in the initial order after the discount is applied and deducting shipping costs.

Quality Assurance
We are devoted to providing our consumers high level of service and are equally committed to ensuring we supply a safe and legitimate product. If wine is corked or faulty we will certainly issue a refund on the return of the bottle in question within 2 weeks of sale of the wine. If a wine has been kept too long or stored inappropriately, we may not be able to offer a refund. If you believe a wine to be faulty please contact us on info@dvlub.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Refunds & Returns Policy
A refund against faulty goods will only be issued against the electronic receipt and within 1 month of purchase.
We can also offer a credit or a voucher for future use.
Substitutes/Availability
All wines and other goods are subject to availability. As we tend to sell wines from small, top quality producers, some items will inevitably go out of stock. If we are unable to supply a particular item, or offer a substitute, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.
