1. Prosecco Il Fresco DOC Villa Sandi has a wonderful freshness and leaves a flavoursome sensation on the palate. It is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste, accompanied by fruity and flowery aromas with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers

2. Prosecco Millesimato Rose DOC is a blend of mostly Prosecco native Glera grapes, with 10%-15% Pinot Noir grapes. It ages for 60 days, double the time that a standard Prosecco does. Rose Prosecco combines the freshness of classical Prosecco with the tannins and strawberry flavours from Pinot Noir.

Prosecco Rosé DOC Villa Sandi presents itself revealing an elegant pink hue with copper highlights. Its aromatic freshness offers a bouquet of red fruits and floral scents in particular notes of pomegranate and rose. On the palate it is silky and full, with a very pleasant balance.

3. Asolo Prosecco Superiore Brut DOCG comes from a small DOCG area of Asolo. Citrus and melon aromas fill the nose of this Veneto Prosecco with hints of fruit trees and a touch of vanilla. This finish has good length with crisp acidity and minerality due to the Asolo area. Fine, persistent perlage with a fruity, flowery aroma. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and flavoursome aftertaste. The perfect aperitif to accompany savouries, it’s ideal with steamed shellfish.
