Villa Sandi classic sparkling wine Opere Trevigiane is notable for its elegance, fine aromas, harmonious balance and its very fine mousse. Every vintage reflects its unique characteristics and sensations but is always a true reflection of the pleasure of Italian wine. Pinot Nero 60% and Chardonnay 40%; the percentages may vary slightly with the different vintages.
Sparkling wine of a very pale golden yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. A fragrant aroma of delicious bread crust, ripe fruit and vanilla accompanied by delicate hints of Mediterranean spices. The soft, well-balanced and lingering taste is intensely reminiscent of dried fruit and tasty toasted flavours.

The Moretti Polegato family has been devoted to wine production for many generations with Giancarlo Moretti Polegato, current owner of the winery, carrying forward family tradition of winemaking at Villa Sandi these days.

Perfect combination of gentle microclimate and fertile soil has resulted in wines with unique characteristics. Villa Sandi Cartizze Vigna Rivetta is considered to be one of the best Cartizze judging by the wine experts’ reviews and is uniquely proposed in a brut version.
