Bardolino DOC by Recchia winery is a young red wine from the Lake Garda vineyards. Appreciated for its pleasant taste and harmonic flowery characteristics. A simple well balanced wine perfect for every occasion.
Good with appetisers, vegetable dishes, red and white meat. It is also good cold with fish dishes. At the table, it is a young faithful friend.
How is the wine made?
The grapes are harvested by hand the last two weeks of September. They are immediately vinified
Vinification: De-stemming and soft pressing of the grapes. The fermentation lasts 4-5 days and takes place in temperature controlled stainless
steel tanks at 18 ° -20° C.
Ageing: 4 months in stainless steel tanks
Ageing in bottle: 2 months in bottle

For over a hundred years the Recchia family have been master wine makers. For many generations the family has lived in the heart of Valpolicella in the valley of Negrar.
