Fina Kebrilla Grillo 2022
Grillo Kebrilla by Fina winery is a fairly savory wine, as part of the grapes come from vineyards adjacent to the coast of the sea in front of the island of Mozia. These characteristics make it an evocative wine that encompasses all the Sicilian character of sea, summer breezes and Sicilian citrus fruits. It has an enviable freshness with moderate alcohol, floral tones of sure elegance, vegetal flavors and very fine and a sweet and ripe citrus taste.
It goes well with fish, mollusks and crustaceans, fresh cheeses, cured meats, eggs and risottos, pasta with light sauces,
chicken, fresh pasta. Excellent as an aperitif.
The wine ages 20% in barrique and 80% in steel, followed by three months in the bottle.

About the winery
“Character” is the password of Bruno Fina and his family. Fina’s wines are the result of land that is loved and fought for, they have the taste of the passion and of the dedication of the work in the vineyard.
The history that links this Sicilian winery to its territory is unique and with the knowledge that producing wine in this environmental contest is a responsibility but is also the reason for pride.
Fina’s vineyards are located on the hill where the new winery and the structure for eno-turism were built. The vineyards include autochthonous vines like Grillo, Nero d’Avola and Perricone for which Bruno continues to search for original clones to give to his wines the antique and “original” character.
