Cecerale is straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections on appearance, nose with sweet scents of green apple and pear. On the palate, the wine is fruity and floral with a long finish. About the winery

San Salvatore winery is located in the South West part of Campania, in the heart of the Cilento National Park, an ancient land, rich in history and tradition, where, as per belief, Aglianico, Fiano and Greco grapes were brought to by the Ancient Greeks.

San Salvatore is certified organic and is cultivating the land without synthetic products or genetically modified organisms.

The rose that the winery makes – Vetere – is incredibly delicate and pale, which is particularly impressive since it is made from Gaglioppo, one of the most tannic and dark red grapes.
