The name of the wine ‘Ginestra’ , or ‘Broom’ is due to this plant which is the first to be born after a lava flow. Vineyards are located to the north-east on the slopes of Etna at 650slm that give rise to this white Etna that faithfully expresses the territory, it almost seems to perceive the volcano in the glass! Clean, mineral and elegant. A really nice expression!
Marinella –
Wine with a marked minerality, intense notes of flint with a nice acid shoulder. Complex and elegant wine.
Vladimir –
Sapid and mineral, but at the same time balanced. Excellent dry white
