The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is the main red wine of the Pian delle Querci small family winery in Montalcino area of Tuscany. To be called Riserva this Italian red ages 48 months in Slavonian oak barrels and develops intense aromas of sweet spices, ripe red fruit and toasted hints. On the palate the wine is smooth, elegant and fresh with a long and warm persistence.
We recommend to pair it with steak fillet and ages cheeses. This wine will be a wonderful accompaniment for an important occasion or a meditation wine on its own.
