Poderi del Paradiso, owned by the Cetti family since the 13th century, is an amphitheatre of vineyards at the base of the medieval Tuscan town of San Gimignano, known for its skyscraper-like towers built during the Renaissance. Here the Cetti family farms about 30 hectares of vines, and with the help of renowned winemaker (and San Gimignano native) Paolo Caciorgna, the winery produces about 115 000 bottles per year. There are also nearly 1300 olive trees on the territory of the estate which produce outstanding olive oil.
The main wines produced include Vernaccia, Chianti Colli Senesi, Bordelais blends of Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, and a classical dessert wine Vin Santo.
The Cetti family also operates a gorgeous agriturismo on the property if you ever plan to travel to Tuscany.
