1. Barolo DOCG 2018 by Bera winery in Piedmont is an elegant, austere, noble red wine, obtained from Nebbiolo grapes, cultivated in the town of Castiglione Falletto, displays a garnet red colour with reflections warmer with the passing of time. In the glass it gives off ethereal and spicy fragrances, with light vanilla and flowery notes. A full bodied well balanced wine with a long finish. Is recommended to pair with red meats, game and aged cheeses.

2. Barolo Broglio DOCG 2018 by Schiavenza  is a pure expression of Nebbiolo sourced from the esteemed Broglio hamlet within Serralunga d’Alba. Crafted with precision, this wine undergoes an 18-month aging process in Slavonian oak barrels, resulting in a refined profile with subtle hints of faded roses. Delicately elegant, with an annual production limited to 4,000 bottles, this wine exemplifies sophistication and grace.

3. Barbaresco DOCG “San Cristoforo” 2014 by Elio Filippino winery in Piedmont expresses a fruity bouquet with reminiscences of violet and raspberries. Spicy hints of cinnamon, tobacco and cocoa. Full, enchanting and elegant taste, intense with a good body.

Swirl the wine around the glass to finally taste and appreciate it. This Italian red is for moments to remember and sophisticated tables. It is a perfect match for savoury stuffed pasta, stewed and braised meats, game and pungent, fully ripe cheeses. Excellent with delicate fruits like strawberries.

Vinification: The grapes are delicately pressed, and the stalks are removed. The limpid must ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 26°-28°C for 20-25 days. After racking, the new wine is put into 25 and 30 hl Slavonian oak casks for about 24-30 months. Next, it is bottled and left to age for at least 10 to 12 months, to collect all of its character and flavour.
