In the current environment of COVID-19 we offer contactless delivery with the following options:
The driver can ring the doorbell and leave the case outside the door without signing for delivery.
The driver can leave the wine in a ‘safe place’ that can be specified in ‘Delivery instructions’ field when placing the order.
As part of delivery information, we ask to provide the contact number for the driver to call in case he cannot find the delivery address (this happens for <2% of the orders). This is to ensure the order is received as soon as possible and to avoid redelivery that can take a couple of days.
