‘Mangiafoco’ by Poderi del Paradiso winery in Tuscany is a beautiful Supertuscan red wine made 100% of Cabernet Sauvignon grape. The wine is aged 14 months in new French oak barrels. Mangiafoco is deep ruby color, with intense and persistent nose of vegetal notes, tobacco, leather, red berry fruit and cherry. The wine has intriguing hints of graphite and spice on the background.

A meditation wine for an important meal or occasion.

Tuscany – Poderi del Paradiso

Poderi del Paradiso, owned by the Cetti family since the 13th century, is an amphitheatre of vineyards at the base of the medieval Tuscan town of San Gimignano, known for its skyscraper-like towers built during the Renaissance.

Here the Cetti family farms about 30 hectares of vines, and with the help of renowned winemaker Paolo Caciorgna, the winery produces about 115 000 bottles per year.

The main wines produced include Vernaccia, Chianti Colli Senesi, Bordelais blends of Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, and a dessert wine Vin Santo.

The Cetti family also operates a gorgeous agriturismo on the property if you ever plan to travel to Tuscany.

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Tuscany, it has a fantastic nose, fruit up front and big tannins on the finish. Just brilliant! Loved it
