Grape varieties are those typical for Sardinia: Vermentino, Monica, Cannonau, Carignano, Bovale, Barbera Sarda, Malvasia, Nasco and Moscato. Ferruccio Deiana makes outstanding wines that consistently win international awards and get recognition in Italy.

    Tried it at dinner in Sardinia. Produced with Carignano, Cannonau and Bovale grapes. Refined 18 months in oak barrels. It has a very bright intense ruby red color. Vegetable scents emerge on the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, ink, ethereal notes. On the palate it is structured, very warm, round, dry, fresh, savory and tannic. Overall, it is balanced and persistent enough. Powerful but elegant wine ….

    Amarone type wine. Dark noble ruby with long legs. Chocolate, cherry, tobacco, coffee. The palate is balanced, powerful, tannic but not much, spicy, very nice.

    Best Sardinian red tasted and among the best ever. Barrique well present, fragrant, intense, long. In one word, excellent. And if it is tasted after having made a tour of the cellar with the really hospitable Mr. Ferruccio Deiana, its creator, one of the few who really worked and “created” with the great Tachis, well the 5 stars are a must. . A great experience.
