Ribolla Gialla IGP Trevenezie by Dario Coos winery in Friuli is a typically deep-coloured, light-bodied white wine with high acidity and floral notes. It has a straw yellow colour with light greenish reflections, delightful and delicate nose with prevailing floral notes and fresh, mineral very sapid palate. Serving suggestions: seafood and fish in general.
Vinification: After a soft pressing, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, the wine then remains in direct contact with its lees for at least 4 months. Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel tanks with the fermentation yeasts.
Known as Ribolla in Italy, Zlata Rebula in Slovenia and Robola in the Island of Kefalonia Greece. In Friuli, the grape thrives in the area of Rosazzo and the city of Gorizia.

Friuli-Venezia Giulia – Dario Coos
The Coos family has been making wine on the hilly slopes at Ramandolo since the early 19th century. In other words, five generations of Coos devoted their time to the fruits of this land. Today the winery is run by a group of friends with a passion for wine and knowledge of what needs to be done to achieve excellent results.
The winery’s philosophy is to demonstrate what is meant by tradition and traditional techniques in the quest for the original, authentic Ramandolo, combining new production methods and traditional approach.
The winery has a wonderful selection of traditional wines typical for Friuli: the white Verduzzo, Ribolla Gialla, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Malvasia; and red Schiopettino, Refosco and Pignolo. And of course Ramandolo in two interpretations – as late harvest and as delicious sweet wine Picolit.

Daniel –
Splendid ribolla in that of Cuneo. Orange blossom flowers on the nose. A mixture of orange and honey reaches the palate. Nice clean straw yellow color. Excellent as a dry aperitif ….
