Prosecco Il Fresco DOC Millesimato Extra Dry comes from Treviso DOC area of Prosecco and is a true and genuine expression of Prosecco. ‘Millesimato’ means that min 85% of grapes come from the year stated on the label. It is an indicator of a higher quality and control.
This Prosecco is very pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The flavour is dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
