1. Franciacorta Brut DOCG by Santus – is an Italian sparkling wine made in Champagne method. Harvested exclusively by hand the grapes, 80% Chardonnay and the remaining 20% Pinot Noir, are then transferred to wood for ageing at least 21 months. 
2. The flagship of the winery, Riesling by Falkenstein presents a delicate bouquet of yellow fruit and a well-structured acidity, enriched with a pleasing touch of mineral notes. Dry, rich, complex and fresh at the same time, this Riesling has been scored by critics as one of the top Alto Adige white wines.
3. Gavi Girossa by Alvio Pestarino winery in Piedmont is a straw yellow, fresh and pleasant white wine, with excellent finesse and complexity in the mouth. It comes from selected grapes in vineyards with a South, South-East exposure that are between 35 and 40 years old. After soft pressing the must is fermented cold in steel tanks. The prolonged stay for several months on fine lees allows an increase in the aromatic complexity, which gives the nose clear floral scents and captivating notes of pineapple, apricot and peach.
4. Sangiovese Superiore Riserva Frutti Rossi is an intense red wine made 100% of Sangiovese grape that undergoes 12 months ageing in barriques. The wine is bright ruby red, with rich scents of ripe red fruits, wild berries, dried red flowers and delicate spices. On the palate this Sangiovese is intense, fresh, fruity and taut, with smooth and lively tannins. 
5. Barbaresco DOCG by Bera winery in Piedmont is an elegant, austere and noble red wine obtained from Nebbiolo grapes. It is aged in small barrels and in barriques for at least 24 months. The wine displays a garnet red colour with orange reflections and has an elegant, composite and ethereal bouquet. The taste is full, dry, tannic but velvety and harmonious. Barbaresco DOCG goes well with meat, roast, and game, and with seasoned cheese.
6. Le Muraie is a Valpolicella Ripasso produced by the second fermentation of the Valpolicella Classico Superiore on the Recioto skins, full of the special sweet wine. The result is a mature, full-bodied wine, smooth and rounded in taste. The success of this wine is due to the winemaker and the precious vineyard, to which the name of the wine is dedicate: “Le Muraie”. This Italian red is deep ruby red in colour and has an intense bouquet of blackberry and cinnamon.
