Millenote Bianco by Sicilian winemaker Cummo is a ballet of flavours, a blend that pirouettes on the perfect balance between native Catarratto and international Viognier grape. The wine is golden yellow with green hues on appearance, nose profile expresses intense scents of white flowers, peach, apricot, citrus and tropical fruits. Millenotte Bianco is mineral, fresh and very persistent in the mouth by the serenade of perceptions caressing the palate upon tasting. Excellent as an aperitif, and is perfect with fish dishes, sushi, white meats, game and fresh cheeses.

Sicily – Cummo

Cummo Casa Vinicola Sicania was created by Diego Maurizio Cummo, who inherited his family winemaking traditions developed under the guidance of his grandfather.

In 2001 Diego bought a farm in the district of Ferlazzano and started producing wine with the characteristics typical of Sicily: colours, structure and fragrance.

Cummo cultivates traditional Sicilian grapes and makes classical single grape wines and also very interesting blends: Grillo, Catarrato, Viognier and Chardonnay for the whites, and Nero d’Avola, Nero Cappuccio and a unique blend of 7 grapes ‘Principe Stephan’ – for the red.
