Steven –
An honest Manzoni, better in the mouth than in the nose
Betty –
A good white wine, dry, slightly bitter. In the mouth it leaves a slight hint of sage that fades into a sweetish flavor in the finish. Definitely a good northern white wine. Had a cacio e pepe was really great.
Nadia –
Really excellent with boiled vegetables and fish
