1. DS Prosecco Millesimato Brut has a straw yellow colour brightened by a fine and persistent perlage. It presents an apple and a pear aroma, with jasmine hints. Excellent for an aperitif, ideal with seafood, spaghetti with clams and salami.
2. Since more than 50 years Pinot Grigio De Stefani grows on a clay soil, with a good ventilation, near the sea and the mountains. This white wine impresses for the intensity of its aroma, which goes from exotic fruit to spices, revealing at the palate wideness and long persistence. Tasting Characteristics: straw yellow colour with coppery hues, elegant and delicate bouquet, with fruit notes, full body, with a nut and toasted almond finish.

    

3. Grillo ‘Kebrilla’ is  fairly savoury wine, as part of the grapes come from vineyards adjacent to the coast of the sea in front of the island of Mozia. These characteristics make it an evocative wine that encompasses all the Sicilian character of sea, summer breezes and Sicilian citrus fruits. It has an enviable freshness with moderate alcohol, floral tones of sure elegance, vegetal flavors and very fine and a sweet and ripe citrus taste.
4. Montepulciano Becco Reale by VignaMadre winery is a deep ruby red with violet hues. On the nose the wine reflects berries, violet, licorice, vanilla and chocolate and on the palate it is well structured with soft tannins and good persistence. The wine goes well with cured meat, meat, veggie first courses, roasted meat game, hard cheese.
   The wine ages 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 6 months in barriques and 6 months in bottle at controlled temperature.
5. Primitivo IGP by Chiaramonte winery in Acquaviva Delle Fonti area of Puglia is an aromatic red wine with an intense, fruity bouquet of blackberry, strawberry and raspberry flavours as well as spicy notes. The palate is smooth, fresh, elegant and velvety. This Primitivo is an elegant expression and is for those who prefer light to medium body wines. Recommended with all typical Mediterranean dishes.
6. Nero d’Avola Terre Siciliane IGT by Fina winery has an intense ruby ​​red color, with violet reflections, the aroma is complex, with notes of plum dried, cherry, blackberry, black currant, and raspberry. The scent is enveloping, fruity with notes of cherry, raspberry, pleasantly balanced. The flavour is rich, broad and velvety, with a great structure and aromatic persistence, with typical austere but gentle tannins. The wine ages 6 months in large oak barrels.
