From the Villa Sandi Prosecco cellars in the Treviso area a pure Cabernet Sauvignon with a deep ruby red color that opens on the nose with a complex bouquet of small berries, raspberries, floral notes of violets and spicy pink pepper. in the mouth it is dry and fruity, savoury, with soft tannins, robust, persistent with a slightly herbaceous finish. Drunk on baked anelletti with beef and pork ragout

A good fresh Cabernet, scented with hints of red fruit and cinnamon and sweet on the palate. Aging in French oak barrels for over 6 months and then another 12 in the bottle.
