1. Montepulciano Becco Reale by VignaMadre winery is a deep ruby red with violet hues. On the nose the wine reflects berries, violet, licorice, vanilla and chocolate and on the palate it is well structured with soft tannins and good persistence. The wine goes well with cured meat, meat, veggie first courses, roasted meat game, hard cheese.
   The wine ages 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 6 months in barriques and 6 months in bottle at controlled temperature.
2. Primitivo IGP by Chiaramonte winery in Acquaviva Delle Fonti area of Puglia is an aromatic red wine with an intense, fruity bouquet of blackberry, strawberry and raspberry flavours as well as spicy notes. The palate is smooth, fresh, elegant and velvety. This Primitivo is an elegant expression and is for those who prefer light to medium body wines. Recommended with all typical Mediterranean dishes.
3. Nero d’Avola Terre Siciliane IGT by Fina winery has an intense ruby ​​red color, with violet reflections, the aroma is complex, with notes of plum dried, cherry, blackberry, black currant, and raspberry. The scent is enveloping, fruity with notes of cherry, raspberry, pleasantly balanced. The flavour is rich, broad and velvety, with a great structure and aromatic persistence, with typical austere but gentle tannins. The wine ages 6 months in large oak barrels.
4. Chianti Colli Senesi by Poderi del Paradiso winery comes from Colli Senesi Chianti area nearby a beautiful small town of San Giminiano. This Chianti expresses intense fruity bouquet full of plums, tobacco and cinnamon in the mouth. Made of 87% Sangiovese and 15% Merlot the wine combines freshness and tannins of Sangiovese with smoothness and fruitiness of Merlot and is a pleasant wine that will accompany a great variety of dishes from pizza and pasta to meat dished and cheese selection.
5. Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore Brecciarolo by Velenosi winery in Marche wine region, is a blend of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Sangiovese. The wine is ruby with garnet red shades, with intense notes of juicy red fruits, a bouquet of very fresh violets and hints of dark spices. Elegant vanilla notes complete its complex bouquet. The taste is persistent, warm, full-bodied and well-orchestrated. It delivers the same notes to the palate as to the nose. A distinguished and equally charismatic wine.
6. Valpolicella Doc Classico Superiore by Recchia winery is the wine that best represents the terroir of Valpolicella DOC area. It is therefore recommended as a starting point to explore the wines of our area. This Valpolicella Superiore is produced from selected grapes that are slightly dried. This production technique, unique to our zona, helps, produce a red wine with great character. It combines the freshness of the grapes with a spicy taste. It is a full bodied well structured wine. It can be drunk at any occasion but is specially good with red meats.
